Wrapped with the "Heat Shield," this properly insulated mechanical room houses a custom Boody HVAC system with a stage 1 cooling bypass and enhanced dehumidification bypass to keep the air dry and comfortable. It features an open return air plenum with a MERV 16 filtration system for the cleanest air possible. Thanks to this energy-saving design, our client can heat and cool their four-story 8,595 sq ft home for less than $80 per month!
